Andrew currently serves as a Market Leader and National Security Practice Leader at Goldman Sachs’s backed insurance brokerage Newfront, where he is an equity holder.  He continues to serve as the Chairman of the Advisory firm GRG, which he founded.

 

Prior to these roles, Andrew founded and built Sigma7 into the world's largest independent risk services business, operating in over 100 countries, from 15 offices across 5 continents.  He had helped build out JLT Specialty Insurance in the US, which Marsh McLennan acquired in 2019.

 

Andrew is a global thought leader and practitioner in risk management, that has built and sustained success for global companies and leaders with the greatest risk.

 

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the prestigious national security "do tank" Business Executives for National Security, a former Senior Fellow @ George Washington's Center for Cyber & Homeland Security and Auburn's McCrary Institute for Cyber & Critical Infrastructure Security, and a former member of NJ Office of Homeland Security's Infrastructure Advisory Committee.
