Thomas Panuzio is a seasoned executive with more than three decades of experience at the nexus of financial services, national security, and emerging technologies. As Managing Director of GRG Capital Market Solutions, he leads the firm’s Capital Market Solutions practice, directing its debt and equity advisory efforts. In this role, Mr. Panuzio supports emerging technology companies, particularly those operating within the homeland and national security sectors, in accessing institutional capital to advance their growth and strategic initiatives.

 

Over the course of his career, Thomas Panuzio has advised a broad range of clients, including global corporations, aerospace and defense contractors, and next-generation technology firms, on complex financing strategies and capital markets transactions. He has held senior leadership positions at several independent financial services firms, including GovCon Capital, and has accumulated more than a decade of commercial banking experience with leading national and regional institutions.

 

In addition to his work in the private sector, Thomas Panuzio has served as a consultant to private investment firms, providing specialized expertise in the assessment of emerging technologies for federal acquisition and contracting. His public service includes a Presidential Appointment under President George H. W. Bush as a Schedule C appointee to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), where he contributed to national preparedness and emergency response initiatives.

 

Thomas Panuzio is also a recognized commentator on homeland and national security issues. He has provided analysis for major media outlets on topics ranging from terrorism and disaster preparedness to emerging global security threats.
